If not, explain why. Yes I have once brought meditation in my life when I was in gamey school. I think I necessity to bring it back to my life now because it has been so stressful and depressing. I end to put in when I get up and when I go to bed. If for close to moderateness I need it during the day I will find a quiet place to meditate for 15 minutes then I will go back to what I was doing with an open mind. There really is no reason why I cannot put a little me time in the day. I think everyone should be able to at least do some meditation in their day. Who knows maybe it might make the world a better place if they meditate.
